This leading company has been recognized as leaders and specialists in International Freight Forwarding, Cargo-logistics Management and NVOCC Operations with coverage of over 50 countries & 4000 destinations worldwide, this company is in look for Customer Support Executive.

You need to interact directly with clients who are based in overseas you will have to           train, teach, and supervise and upsell clients in using high tech equipment that fundamentally changes the way they do and think about business, answer calls and requests as well as analyse performance and activity of your clients you need to have the ability to resolve or escalate problems and issues quickly and in a time efficient manner.

You will have to collaborate with team members to give product feedback and improvement suggestions as well as help in knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards and also you need to carry out proactive merchant calls or get feedback and check up on customers find out any issues in the foreseeable future.

We are looking for a successful with an experience of 2-3 years in customer support technical experience will be an advantage, excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills, perseverance and time management should be a team player and willingness to learn should have passed in GCE A/L knowledge of Linux operating systems & networking a plus and experience in Sales / Marketing would be an advantage.
