Job Responsibilities
· In charge of mold design for plastic tools fabricated for Rexam Plastic Packaging manufacturing sites in Asia
· Specify and maintain the standards of plastic molds in Asia region
· Develop and manage the mold design team and CNC programming team
· Pursue innovations in mold design and apply new technologies to enhance competitiveness of Rexam tools

Requirements
· University degree in an engineering discipline, or other equivalent qualification / experience in plastic mold structure and design
· 8 years or more plastic mold design experience
· Hands on experience in management of a mold design department
· Familiar with UG NX4, AUTOCAD, and CNC programming using UG software
· Good understanding on mold materials and injection molding process
· Meticulous, proactive, with good work ethic
· Team player with good communication skills and responsibility
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
