Responsibilities:
- Provide key support to our health care programs in London and Oxford County
- Recruit, educate and evaluate health care staff
- Supervise Nursing staff
- Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality service to clients
- Provide direction to administrative operations, including service coordination and scheduling support
- Foster an engaging and supportive team environment

Qualifications:
-RN with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
-Excellent oral/written communications skills
-Leadership abilities
-The willingness to perform on-call duties
-Management or supervisory experience in a health care organization
-Community nursing experience would be an asset
-Some travel within Ottawa and area will be required
