Part-time Call Centre Representative - The People Bank - Markham ON - Canada

We are currently recruiting for our client in the Financial industry. The positions pay $17.00 and is located in Markham. These are part-time/long-term opportunities.

Job Description:
100% responding to inbound customer calls.
Responsible for servicing customers with their banking requirements. (i.e., applications for new accounts, banking plans, access cards, money wires, payment of bills) and making recommendations of additional products and services to add value to the client's portfolio.
25 - 37.5 hrs weekly

Job Requirements:
Availability is 6 am - Midnight Mon - Sun
A Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales environment.
Proven sales results in a targeted environment
Previous call centre & banking experience an asset
Advanced computer/keyboarding skills. Ability to respond to adverse situations, e.g. system problems, irate customers, heavy call volume.
Effective and accurate decision making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
Exceptional telephone communication skills.
Must be flexible to work in a shift environment.
A clear criminal record and good credit history will be required

Compensation:
$17.00 /hour
