Responsibilities:
•Assist Pastry Chef in backing breads & pastries
•Making confectionery from chocolate
•Maintain the general cleanliness and safety of the kitchen
•Maintain cleanliness of equipments, work tops and fridges at all time
•Ensure quality and quantity of food served

Requirements:
•At least 1 year relevant working experience in baking, pastries & confectionery production 
•Possess an outgoing personality, great sense of humor & good communication skills with all levels of people
•Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
