- Set the working Projects Processes/Methodologies / system and requirements to be followed by the PMs
- Ensures that Set systems are implemented and adhered to in running the operations.
- Manage and lead the Projects operation to maximize business performance in terms of revenue and profit margins whilst ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating and Recommending for HR Manager for hiring, discharges, promotions and salary actions, for personnel within the operation.
- Coordinating with HR Department for Operation team, including performance reviews, coaching, training and all other aspects of Standard Personnel Policy.
- Direct, plan and prioritize the use of the group’s resources to achieve the optimum utilization and profitability whilst continually assessing group performance to identify and implement improvement actions.
