Albany Community Care Centre is a non-profit organisatiion providing services to frail aged and disabled persons living in the community.
A physiotherapist would work with the current team to develop and promote positive health and wellbeing to existing and new clients.
We are funded by Home and community care. Veterans Home Care, Community Aged Care Packages.
 
Key areas of role
•Assessment of clinets
•Develoment of programs to enhance and promote indepence and function for individuals
•Supervise therapy assistants to deliver programs
•review programs and goals for clients
•promote programs to improve balance,strength and abilities
•Group programs through Centre Based Day Care and community groups
•develop networks with other community providers
•Oppotunity to participate in identifying new programs and opportunities for community services

Hours of work will be flexible
Employment can be permanent part time or  contracted hours.
Albany Community Care Cnetre is a locally managed organisation. A newly appointed team member would have the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of our organisation and oportunity for new programs.
