Responsibilities:
Responsible for Developing Project including all aspects in Planning & Design
Coordinate for Planning & Designing Projects
Calculate all resources needed
Present and discuss all Planning & Designing result to BOD
Evaluate & redesign if necessary

Requirements:
Graduate from S1 degree majoring in Architecture
Having good track records and portfolios as Architect for residential/high rise building in a well-known Property Company is a must
Having skill and familiar in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Corel
Computer literate and good command of English
Creative, full of initiatives and out of the box thinker
Hard Worker, independent and strong leadership ability.
Honest and loyal .
Willing to work under pressure, having capability to work as a team
