Pre-Sales Architect – DACH - via 3C - Career Consulting Company GmbH - München - Germany

The purpose of this role is to work in conjunction with the Sales Consulting Team throughout the life cycle of sales campaigns. Besides building the proof of concepts, the Sales Architect will support custom demonstrations, attend customer walkthroughs, run through architecture workshops as well as demonstre industry frameworks and other process related tasks. Of course, the Architect works closely with the Account Executive ensuring a successful sales cycle to support the Target Account sales model.

Your core responsibilities and Key Result Areas:
Be the focal support for all Sales Consulting & Account Executives for extended technical activities (architectural concepts, demonstration build and on & off site POC build, etc.).
Own the Design and Build of business prototypes and being able to accompany POC with technical expertise and development expertise.
Delivery and creation of Rules Process Commander (RPC) specific technical demonstrations.
Partner with Sales Team to achieve defined sales goals. Supporting sales campaigns through proposing technical and business solutions. Assist in the production of RFP’s.
Work with Sales Engineering and Sales Architecture group to receive the support needed to accomplish the technical goals. Present technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to prospective clients.
Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.

Functional Expertise and Skills:
Full ability to understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems.
Have experience in Database design, collaborative commerce design; XML knowledge
Must have Java, J2EE and SOAP and EAI / ESB experience.
Take responsibility for the assigned work and produce results as promised.
Make effective and timely decisions even when the data is limited or solutions may produce unpleasant consequences.
Possess an analytical, problem solving orientation; logically identify and analyze problems.
