Pre-Sales Consultant Banking - via 3C - Career Consulting Company GmbH - Germany

The primary purpose of this role is to work in close conjunction with the Account Executive to ensure a successful sales cycle and to support the Target Account sales model, work throughout the whole life cycle of sales campaigns and to ensure all technical support within those campaigns through co-ordinate the technical resources as required.

Your core responsibilities and key result areas are:
Partner with the Sales Team to achieve defined sales goals.
Assist with the radiation strategy within the target accounts by building customer relationship.
Provide expertise throughout the whole sales cycle: Lead generation, presales qualification, identification of business drivers including solutions requirements.
In conjunction with the Account Executives plan and lead all efforts to ensure the delivery of all technical resources into the sales campaign.
Present technical and proposed business solution including ROI models and to assist in the production of RFP's and other proposals to clients.
Work close with Sales Engineering and Sales Architecture group to receive the support needed to accomplish the technical goals.
Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of staff so as to meet the demands of the department.
Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.

Functional Expertise and Skills:
Full ability to understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems.
Must have Java, J2EE and SOAP experience and willingness to learn Rules Process Commander (RPC).
Experience in Banking Processes is a must. Nice to have, successfully worked together/sold into Banks.
