•Client: One of the largest Real Estate Developer and Investor in Asia
•Position: Project Director
•Location: Hong Kong, Macau, China
•Responsibilities: Leading a team of architects, structural engineers and QS for the project management of multiple projects in the assigned cities/district.
 
Requirements
•Degree holder or above above in Architecture or Engineering related disciplines
•Professional qualification; HKIA, RIBA, HKIE, CEng. Authorized Person preferred
•At least 15 years property development experience gained with major developers
•Solid sizable project exposure in Hong Kong & China.
•Strong experience in managing consultants and contractors for design & planning, cost & quality control.
•Familiar with development and construction practice in China
•Excellent leadership and communication skills
•Good command of English and Chinese (include Putonghua)
•Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager
