Responsibilities:
•Handle ODE / OEM toy projects from prototype/tooling until mass production. Monitor development and production status to ensure a timely shipment.
•Communicate with customer for any project related issues, such as schedule updating and trouble shooting
•Follow up suppliers on development status and handle sample making
•Manage and lead the engineering team in PRC to follow up daily operation in factory.

Requirements:
•Degree/ HD / Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
•Minimum 5 years relevant experience in toys industry is a must
•Knowledge in plastic and tooling
•Familiar with Japan toys market, safety standard is an advantage
•Frequent travel to PRC.
•Well-organized, good at problem solving and can work under pressure
•Excellent communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervisory
•Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Immediate availability is preferred
