Responsibilities:
•Build customer relationship & provide after-sales customer service
•Provide technical support to our customers on our range of products and services.
•Monitor site progress of customers’ construction projects and provide forecasts of customers’ requirements.
•Work closely with planning department to coordinate the efforts in meeting customer requirements to enhance customers’ satisfaction and engagement 

Requirements:
•Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with about 3 years’ relevant working experience, with on-site experience.
•Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
•Exposure in construction sequences and processes
•Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
•Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels
•Conversant in both English and Mandarin so as to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
•Possess class 3 driving license and preferably with own transport
