Purchase Assistant - Concord Group - Dhaka - Bangladesh

Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure collection of purchase requirements submitted by the concern departments/ units/ sites & prepare comparative statements.
Maintaining of different registers of Procurement department.
Ensure checking of price of the procured goods by visiting the market frequently.
Maintain supplier database with suppliers rating.
To update database on receiving products daily basis.
Ensure timely delivery of requested materials to the concerned department.
Collection and processing of bill for ensuring timely payment.
Practice material cost reduction on the purchased items.
Planning and arrangement of material delivery schedule.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation.

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Must have to be computer literate.

Salary Range
Negotiable
