Responsibilities:
•Plan, organize, direct and control activities related to the purchasing function
•Develop & maintain purchasing strategies which optimize the potential value of the supply markets and the business, ensure their integration into the overall strategies of the business and cost effectiveness
•Formulate and implement the supplier management plan including selection criteria, performance standard and measurement system
•Fully responsible for supply and product development functions including product sourcing and new product development
•Work closely with internal technical departments to understand customers' requirements and establish  quality standards for suppliers
•Follow up the application of international accreditation scheme and ensure the product quality complies with the given standard
•Maintain good relationship with major vendors and take proactive measures to minimize quality failure / supply shortage
•Lead and provide guidance & coaching to the team to achieve departmental plans and targets

Requirements:
•Higher Diploma / Degree in purchasing or related discipline
•Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience
•Excellent leadership, interpersonal, commumication and negotiation skills
•Able to handle complex situations and proactively generate innovative but practical solution
•Able to handle high pressure situation and tight deadlines
•Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin
•Proficiency in ERP System and MS Office
