THE FIRM
Our client is a professional firm with their Brisbane offices based in Spring Hill. The firm is a leader in the Queensland market and has a large client base that is managed by their well trained, high-achieving executives.
THE POSITION
The Receptionist position is considered an integral position within the company as a whole. The role’s main purpose is to act as a dynamic and professional ‘first point of contact’ for the firm when dealing clients. The position is a varied role incorporating front office, secretarial and admin support duties for all divisions. Specific duties will include:
•Answering and directing calls
•Meet & greet clients
•Organising couriers
•Typing of letters and reports
•Maintaining stationery stock levels
•Banking
•Maintaining the database
•Liaising with ATO
•Electronic lodgments with Government bodies
•General administrative support to professional staff
THE PERSON
You will be someone with a can-do, helpful approach, who has a mature outlook and a high standard of communication. You will have intermediate MS Office skills and touch typing skills and the ability to multi-task.
We seek someone with 2 years reception experience in professional services, preferably in the Accounting industry. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident, trustworthy and an efficient team player who enjoys the reception role.
