Regional Sales Manager - SGS via Mercuri Urval AG - Benelux - Germany

You are responsible for all aspects of the client’s global telecommunications data, voice, and remote connectivity strategy as well as operations execution for planning and directing the design, development, and implementation of networking technology. You do this through professionally managing the respective contracts and SLAs of strategic outsourcing service providers. You directly lead an international team including remote regional members. Furthermore, you develop bid specifications for telecommunication service providers, carriers, systems, equipment; evaluate bids, select solutions and vendor(s), negotiate and administer contracts.Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Director, you are responsible for all sales related activities within the Region. In close collaboration with the local management and our local sales teams, you provide value in order to maximize business opportunities. In order to achieve the objectives, you communicate the Industrial Division strategy to the countries and actively support them in developing their action plans including the implementation. You regularly analyze and assess the effectiveness of the sales organization, coordinate and share the best practices and also ensure that the budgets are under control. Depending on the countries, you also contribute to identify new business or segment opportunities.

You can demonstrate a strong track record in the management of sales, acquired in an international environment and preferably in the field of services. On top of your strong experience, you are used to work in a matrix organization and are results oriented. Thanks to your strong communication skills and natural leadership, you can build your credibility within the region and become a respected and trusted business partner. You are ready to travel frequently and you are fluent in English, German and at least one of Eastern European languages. We offer you the chance to join a leading global company.
