We are looking for staff who have experience and a passion for community nursing and are able to work in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie catchment areas.
 
In return we will offer the security of permanent part time or full time positions including paid sick leave, paid annual leave, paid annual leave loading of 17.5% and job security.
 
The position includes but is not limited to:
•Wound Care
•Medication administration
•Continence management
•General Nursing care
•Professional surveillance and monitoring
•Community nursing needs assessment and review
 
Essential Requirements
•Current nurses registration
•A current drivers licence
•12 months experience in community nursing.
