- Site Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian
- Discipline: Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing & Drainage
- Project Duration: vary from 1 to 6 years
- At least 10 years experience with minimum two years China project experience is an advantage
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as an Assistant Resident Building Services Engineer position
- Liaising with contractors and client during the project execution phase ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest technical and safety standards
- Liaising with government sectors for utility connections, inspection and permit approval
- Monitoring the site quality control and carrying out witness testing & commissioning where appropriate
- Providing technical advice and guidance to the contractors
- Providing feedback to the design group on the progress of the project for which they are responsible
- Representing the company at formal and informal meetings
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Putonghua
