Applications are invited for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant based at our Greymouth Gas & Gear Centre.
Primarily, your role will be to provide friendly and efficient service to our local customers, in processing their orders and assisting them with their enquiries and purchases from our range of gases, welding, safety and refrigeration products.
 
As part of a diverse, results-orientated sales team your main accountabilities will include:

Quality servicing of call-in customers, telephone, faxed and system generated orders and enquiries
Actively promote the full range of gases, welding and safety equipment
Merchandising, stock management, stores and dispatch duties
Safely loading/unloading gas cylinders and performing store and
cylinder yard related duties
 
To be considered for this role, you will have retail sales and merchandising experience, excellent customer service skills along with a solid knowledge of SAP and Windows applications. You will enjoy working in a team driven environment and be highly motivated to contribute to branch targets and objectives. Knowledge of gas, welding and safety products would be desirable.
