Sales And Support Manager - BC Time Recorders - Burnaby QC - Canada

The Company
BC Time Recorders is the Canadian distributor for Time America Time & Attendance and Labour Tracking systems.

The Role
This great company is looking for a Sales & Support Manager, based in the Burnaby office. (Address below)

You will be the public face of the company, with communication with existing customers, meeting their on-going needs, such as systems programming, training, support and system expansion, but also selling to prospective clients across Canada. (All travel at company expense). Expect customer calls anywhere from the Maritimes to BC.

Requirements:

You will need to have:
- Previous second level support experience with the Time America suite of software applications. (Minimum 2 years experience) This is mandatory.
- A technical background, having installed hardware and software systems. (Minimum 2 years experience)
- A demonstrable successful sales record of meeting sales targets over a 2 year period, also you need to be able to provide examples of your prospecting and quoting techniques.
- Project Management experience. (Minimum 2 years experience)
- The ability to engage business owners and managers over a period of 2 years.
Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word,& PowerPoint demonstrated by testing at the interview stage
- Disciplined approach to follow up clients
- Be able to travel at short notice
- A current Drivers Licence
- Positive 'can-do' attitude

Remuneration:
$50,000 plus commissions
