The Candidate should be below 45 yrs of age with GCE A/L and a minimum of 5 Credit Passes including Mathematics and English for G.C.E O/L along with 3-5 yrs experience in similar capacity in the Airline Trade. A  Diploma in Sales/Marketing would be an advantage. He/She should have an outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Fluency in English/Sinhala both written and oral, proficiency with MS Office, excellent presentation skills and PR skills are mandatory competencies sought. Knowledge of the Tamil language would be an added qualification.
