Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Support the account director Germany in the overall key account strategies and plans for all Motorola solutions related to the Vodafone Account on country level; support the creation of the Vodafone Account strategy & increase Motorola’s market share. Define the account strategy for Vodafone Switzerland and Austria.
Support the account director Germany in defining the end to end portfolio and consumer experience requirements for the Vodafone account, i.e. to drive product compliance with unique customer requirements (Branded Services), leveraging the global Moto portfolio. Define the requirements of the end to end portfolio and consumer experience requirements for the Vodafone account Switzerland and Austria.
Assist in defining key account pricing within authorized guidelines.
To provide a clear point of contact to Motorola for the Vodafone Germany Account by successfully integrating and aligning the international strategy, marketing, branding, product development, marketing, sales, systems integration and resources
Build intimate customer knowledge by understanding Vodafone Germany, Switzerland and Austria account, Business model, including vision, strategy, short and long term needs.
Define new business models and ideas based on new technologies, integrated with our customer’s strategies and business plans
Develop true strategic customer partnerships in order to increase Motorola’s profitable market share based on managing and exceeding customer expectations
Specific Knowledge/Skills
Strong teamplayer to achieve overall business results for Germany
Strong knowledge of market business procedures
3-5 years of experience in customer related roles including sales, marketing, customer support etc.
“Hands on” experience in several sales and marketing related roles
Must have worked in complex matrix organisations
Working knowledge of key and major account management
Business process knowledge and understanding
Experienced in successfully managing major shifts in business conditions (growth, business turnarounds) while responding to varying market conditions
Fluent in German and English
