Sales Support Officer - AarhusKarlshamn Asia-Pacific - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales team to develop & identify new opportunities & to maintain / support existing customers such as quotation, proposal & reports & etc.
To provide qualified sales lead to the sales team to ensure the department is able to meet growth targets.
Responsible for sales and general administration including preparation of sales order, delivery order, sales invoice etc.
Conduct day to day contract administration.
Maintain Sales records & database on regular basis.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing Or equivalent education/experiences
Preferable with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry
Able to communicate well at all levels
Pleasant personality
Dynamic & matured person who is self-driven, motivated and independent
Good spoken in English
