Key Responsibilities
The focus of the technologies is in supporting the productive implementation of mission-critical software, with an emphasis on the special needs of the most rigorous and complex real-time and embedded applications. The products are used in many market sectors, including Avionics, Space, Defence, Transportation, Network Infrastructure, Telecoms, Office Automation, Industrial Automation, Automotive, Energy and Medical. The key technologies are designed to support Java developers and Ada developers focused on mission-critical applications.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for selling our client's solutions in Germany.
The candidate will execute the company's sales strategies and achieve established sales quota by identifying business opportunities through account prospecting and profiling within the designated region.
Develop new partner relationships and manage the existing ones to greater success.

Qualifications:
Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in sales and account management
Experience in selling embedded / real-time / mission-critical software solutions
Strong analytic skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work from home office
Willingness to high travel volume
Speaks - fluent - German and English
