The role will provide exposure to a large database plant with global footprint, complex replication architecture, and RDBMS platforms such as Sybase and DB2/Linux.

The candidate will participate in implementation of database infrastructure projects, development of various policies, processes and tools.

The successful candidate will have:
1) Extensive database development experience.
2) Competent in Sybase and/or DB2/Linux RDBMS.
3) Experience with complex data modeling.
4) Clear and concise communication skills.
5) A team player with high degree of professionalism.
6) A self-starter who is able to take initiative.
7) Results/action oriented. 

Skills Required
- Sybase and/or DB2/Linux, Unix/Linux OS, Data modeling.   

Skills Desired
- Good understanding of Sybase Replication system, Wiki, Project management, Good at producing formal project documentation, XML, HTML, PERL
