The client develops products for FaceBook and has been extremely busy releasing new products, and recruiting the top developers in the country at the same time.

They've done extremely well with their product launch and in the past two months have signed up several of SA's finest developers - but due to their incredible success and a database with over 50 million impressions a day, they urgently need to recruit more developers to join their team.

Although the environment here is predominantly PHP/Flex/ActionScript - many who have been successful in securing employment here are senior developers willing to reskill into PHP. Mobile development skills are also in huge demand- including Android, Java, Objective C.

The client isn't employing your average developer. They recruit extremely focussed and intelligent developers with entrepreneurial personalities - developers who have a desire to form an integral part of a business and contribute valuable and innovative ideas. Although not a requirement, a Computer Science related degree is hugely beneficial.

The culture here is extremely team orientated, flat structured, fast paced and ever changing.
