Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:
(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Civil) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)
1. Will be incharge of the works for the lonavala project.
2. Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
3. supervisors & foreman for proper allocation and planning of works.
4. Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines.
5. Review and approve construction, purchase, installation and commissioning.
6. Coordination between architects and contractors.
7. Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
8. Forecasting the course of action of the project
9. ofTo effectively mobilize the resources required for the smooth functioning work.
10. Preferably someone who has handled high-end projects with decent experience from foundation to finishing in all respects.
