Bethany Retirement Living is seeking a Senior Executive of Resident Care for our 172 bed skilled nursing facility. The position is responsible for the leadership and direction of the resident care team that is consistent with the organization's mission and overall strategic plan. Qualified applicants must have excellent organizational and communication skills along with a strong working knowledge of regulations and quality improvement processes. The position requires licensure in ND as a registered nurse and a background in long term care and/or healthcare nursing administration. An excellent salary and benefit package is provided.
