Senior Interior Designer - Urbnarc - Singapore

An international, well rounded interior design leader with a strong hospitality design background.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead a large hospitality interior project in Bali; duties include but are not limited to attending client and consultant meetings, coordinating with in-house architecture team, responding to RFIs, maintaining construction documentation, reviewing of shop drawings submittals, and coordinating with sub-contractors.
•Responsible for the management of developing, organizing, executing design concepts and coordinating project team/team assignments to complete design of projects in line with client goals, project scope, and budget.
•Utilizes creativity, foresight and mature judgment to lead and manage the design effort and ensures overall design quality of Interiors projects. Maintains and fosters client relationships and works closely with clients to ensure/communicate design intent
•Strong design skills a must
•Ability to build a team or handle a team of up to 3 or 4 junior designers
•Experience with show flats a bonus
QUALIFICATIONS
•Diploma or Degree in Interior Design. Architecture degree a bonus.
•7 years design experience. Superior conceptual design ability.
•Experience with hospitality and high end residential a must. FF&E experience and ability to contact and liaise with suppliers essential.
•Excellent communication, presentation and management skills.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD required. Proficiency with Adobe Indesign/ Photoshop is a plus
•LEED or Green Mark accreditation will be a plus
Singaporean or SPR preferred
