Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts role in our growing team developing world leading sports analysis and data capture applications.

The company is rapidly growing internationally, developing cutting-edge interactive sports training and coaching software and hardware. The position is based at the company's India headquarters in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

The position is a senior one and will require proactive interaction with other internal departments, such as Fabrics, Electronics, Stores and R & D. The reporting line is directly to General Manager level, with frequent reporting to even the CEO level.

Desired Candidate Profile
CA / ICWAI / CS - Inter / final
Experience – 10-15 yrs
Age - 30 – 45 yrs

Finalization of statutory legal support and accounts.
Knowledge of Direct/Indirect Taxation/IFRS/ statutory & internal audit
Knowledge of ERP is preferable.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for collections, cash /fund flow and preparation of final accounts, service tax, VAT, sales tax, work contracts tax etc. and filing of returns.
2. Prepare the Annual budget, forecasting and other financial & operational statement.
3. Chartered Account or Cost Accountant
4. Experience in Accounting and MIS
5. Well versed in Tally, MS office
6. Good knowledge in Company law
7. Exp / Knowledge in Income Tax and Accounting Standards
