Reporting to the Senior Vice President Manufacturing Asia-Pacific you will be responsible to lead capital investment and improvement projects in our various pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing sites in Asia-Pacific. You will
Coordinate multi-discipline engineering projects from proposal to handover to production
Specify, review and verify engineering activities to ensure cross disciplinary coordination
Contribute to the development of our production facilities through sharing experiences, collecting and distributing best practices
Participate in supplier selection and negotiation
Supervise daily activities including contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Science or related field
Minimum of 8 years engineering and production experience with solid knowledge in pharmaceutical/medical device, food or chemical industry
Previous ISO 9001/13485 and cGMP quality education or training
Experience with fluid and sterile technology, validation, qualification and FDA regulated projects, PLC, operating systems e.g. SIEMENS and AutoCAD
Desire and ability to travel according to project requirements
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
