A Leading international company into mobiles phones and consumer electronics is looking for a Service Manager for immediate employment.

The candidates should have experience in after sales services in either consumer electronics or mobile phones for 10(Ten) years or more

Liaise with head office based overseas for technical matters such as spare sparts imports, servicing electrical items/HHPS etc.

Liaise with service agents with regard to services and turnaround times
Managing new model training activities
Handling imports regard to spare sparts
Monitor, advise & coordinate the total after sales services process
Minimum of 10 years experience
A Bachelors of engineering, in electrical second option would be mechanical
Salary – Rs. 190,000/- + allowance for a car and many other benefits
