Manage customer relationships. Develop and implement country specific Marine Services sales strategies. Deliver Marine Services spares, service and upgrade sales targets.

Key Accountabilities: (but not limited):
•Provide primary customer interface for all service related enquiries / issues within HK.
•Proactively build relationships in order to maximize capture of wider service opportunities.
•Monitor customer satisfaction, developing appropriate action plans and demonstrate improvement.
•Deliver market strategies around basic, advanced and non-OEM services capture, identify and develop opportunities for Long term service agreements.
•Identify value propositions, develop offers and lead contract negotiations, engaging technical and commercial.
•Monitor customer credit worthiness, set out credit terms and drive on-time payment.
•Support market activities and collect competitor's information for analysis.

Qualifications:
•BS degree in Engineering or above, Familiar with marine and shipping market in HK and South China.
•Over 10 years working experience in customer facing, sales / marketing or related discipline. Successful track record in sales.
•Proficient in English; Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese and write Chinese.
•Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people of different background.
•Prepared to travel on short notice.
