Requirements
•Minimum 3 – 5 years’ work experience in building and construction
•Able to work independently and as a team under pressure
•Organize with eye for details
•Able to speak and write English
•Able to start work in short notice
•Open to Singaporean, PR and Malaysian only

Responsibility
•Assist Project Manager in overseeing daily construction and coordination of different site activities
•Supervision the work of sub-contractors and foreign workers
•Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices
•Ensure optimal utilization of resources of the Company and work within project budget
