Responsibilities:
•Provide first level support to end-users on system applications including Warehouse Management System, Label Printing System and ERP
•Collaborate with corporate MIS in executing new project and functions rollout. Job duties include user requirement gathering, system analysis, acceptance testing, end-user training and post implementations support.
•Troubleshoot and propose enhancement or corrective/preventive measures to system defects
•Liaise with vendor to service peripheral such as label printer, scanner, PDA used in warehouse operations
•Prepare and maintain system documentations
•Perform other MIS functions to support company systems from time to time
 
Requirements:
•Degree / Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences.
•Fresh graduates are welcomed too!
•Able to communicate in Mandarin to handle Chinese customers
•Good knowledge in Warehousing and ERP processes
•Knowledge / Experience in VB2003 (C#), PowerBuilder (C#), PHP, XML, MySQL and B2B methodology would be an added advantage
•Familiar with Barcode Label Printer & Barcode devices
•Responsible, independent, pro-active and resourceful
