Due to this growth several internal changes have occurred, this coupled with one employee leaving for Australia has resulted in the need for three more support technicians to join the Auckland team.
The Applications Support Team’s purpose is to provide product specific user assistance and training to clients, primarily focusing on their payroll application.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in payroll application support and have a good understanding of call processing / prioritisation. However anyone who has worked in application support will be considered, providing you have excellent customer relation skills and the right attitude.
The hours will be set between 8.30am and 7.30pm Mon – Fri (i.e. 8.30am - 5.30pm), with no requirement for weekend or night shift work.
