Responsibilities:
* To provide as a guidance and role model to junior nursing personnels, and to maintain high level of nursing competency in area of concern
* To provide counseling and debriefing sessions to staffs / patients
* Orient new staffs and provide trainings at appropriate levels
* Update policies and in house medical standards, as well as to review and revise procedures in areas of needed improvement
* Provide cost analysis studies on the benefits of anything done, and to justify budgetary needs
* Provide monthly reports to Head of Nursing
* Participate in improvement projects when necessary

Requirements:
* Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
* Possess a Degree or Diploma in Nursing with at least 2 years of working experience
* Valid BCLS
* Experience working in acute / clinical settings and have sound knowledge of medical knowledge and operational issues
* Passionate and a dedicated healthcare professional
* Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only
