Our client specializes in hydraulics, hoses and filtration instrumentation products.
A newly created position now exists for an after sales customer service department supervisor, enabling customers to receive excellent after sales technical support and presales information.

The position
As the customer service supervisor you will be responsible for managing the entire customer service technical support team . You will have a proven background in training , teaching, coaching and mentoring demonstrated by hands on approach.

The customer service team you will be managing will be responsible for providing technical support and advice on product selection, order placement and product update

The skills set
You will have a proven record a s a customer service supervisor with the ability to explain technical terminology to your team in turn allowing them to relay in laymans term to the client.
Ideally you will have driven a team to success through your experienced supervisory skills.

The rewards
