The key role of this calibre is to supervise and direct the daily operation of the Cargo Services Operations units in accordance with the regulations and procedure laid down in the Airlines Procedure Manual and the Company to provide an overall competitive services to the carriers thereby contributing to the company's profitability.

Directly reporting to the Cargo Services Manager, he or she will act as key contact person for major freighter operators for resolving operational issues and bridging relationship. In addition, the incumbent will assist in monitoring and controlling the operational performance results in order to meet the airlines' SLA and the Company's standards as a whole.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
•College graduate in Operation Management or related disciplines
•Minimum 10 years in traffic handling and with at least 5 years in Cargo service operations
•Solid experience in people and operation management in sizable teams would be an asset
•Knowledge on building successful relationships with Airlines, Cargo Forwarders and Government Authorities
•Demonstrate sensible awareness and excellent competence in coping with fast changes in the business environment
•Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
