Responsible for managing domain infrastructure to the IT network environment, monitoring exchange email services, managing daily housekeeping work and troubleshooting for servers and also evaluating and auditing all servers status, performance & storage capacity. Providing client support & technical issue resolution and handling installation of computer hardware operating systems and applications etc.

•Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
•Minimum 2 years of experience in system support and network administration
•Experience in MS Windows 2008 server, Exchange Server 2010, Lan/Wan, DNS, Firewalls, VPN and network monitoring
•Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Cisco router and related telecommunication products such as MUX, MPLS
•With knowledge of MCSE / MCP / CCNA is preferable
•Good analytical and problem solving skills
