Technical Support Representative - PacNet Internet - Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

Responsibilities:
• Managing email / written communication tasks to meet KPI delivery timeframes
• Answering calls from customers regarding technical issues
• Troubleshooting with customer’s computer hardware, software and network
 
Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years experience working as a Technical Support Representative troubleshooting ADSL technology or any similar related technical call centre support experience.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and oral with a neutralized accent.
• Technical knowledge in PC troubleshooting & ADSL technology would be added advantage.
• Degree holder preferably ECE or IT.
• Cisco Certified (CCNA) or completed several modules for CCNA, preferred but not compulsory.
• Willing to work on rotating shift.
• Ability to make decisions that are in line with the company best interests, while maintaining focus on customers’ needs
• Works well as part of a team and adapts well to change
 
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley City.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
