•Manage the daily accounting operations and reporting in PRC
•Lead, train and develop the PRC accounting team to achieve department plan/targets
•Implement overall financial management activities including but not limited to monitoring company revenue, costs, internal cost control, cash-flow planning, forecasting and budgeting, cost accounting, audit, inventory control and asset management

•With PRC exposure is preferable

•Min. 7 years sourcing / procurement experience in paper & packaging products manufacturing, 5 years of which should be at supervisory role
•Able to deal with vendors, new suppliers, contracts for stock items and products benchmarking, price negotiation with suppliers on routine purchasing
•High level of integrity and business ethics
•Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
•Pursue learning, knowledgeable in ERP / sourcing systems is a plus

The Project Manager (PM) will act as the focal point at the CLP-IMO project office. S/he will be responsible for the overall coordination, planning and management of all project activities of CLP. S/he will be responsible to make the field implementation/specific operational plan and accordingly mobilize the project staff ensuring optimum utilization of human resources to achieve the project objectives. S/he will spend significant time in the field checking and supervising the field work, and enabling staff to achieve their responsibilities. Further s/he will liaise with the local government administration, Union Parishad (UP) bodies, CLP District and Secretariat staff.

Ensure collection of purchase requirements submitted by the concern departments/ units/ sites & prepare comparative statements.
