The Challenge:
In this very attractive and demanding position based in Zurich, Switzerland, you assume the responsibility for Swarovski’s global channel marketing activities. You orchestrate and direct a sizeable team of marketing professionals dedicated to further expand and serve the large global network of Swarovski monobrand boutiques as well as multibrand retail stores, and to boost overall product performance and brand positioning. You support Swarovski’s ambitious global retail growth and market expansion efforts, ensuring that store architecture, merchandising, direct and multibrand marketing are continuously improved.

Your Profile:
To succeed in this challenge, you will have 10+ years marketing management experience, most of it in a similarly global premium brand consumer goods environment. You have built your career by understanding the many facets of premium brand consumer goods channel marketing in an international context. You combine exceptional strategic/conceptual abilities with a strong business sense and equally strong implementation skills. You understand the mechanisms of selling through multi-brand retail stores and have proven expertise in the successful management of this distribution channel. You are a driver, doer and inspiring communicator of visions, concepts and the passion for the Swarovski brand. Commensurate with the global role, you possess outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
